Typically dark blues, like navy or royal blue work well with warm gold, but I think the lighter blue of the lapis stones that I've selected along with the gold seed beads adds a softness. These dangle earrings are suited for casual wear to a date night. I've listed them here.

I believe this little guy is a brown lipped snail or cepaea nemoralis - and it's everywhere in the garden.  Apparently, it's an invasive species here although it's a common species in Europe. Aside from eating decaying plant matter and fungi, they just hang out and multiple.
